Crossbreed

Today I have been sketching a study for a future painting. I chose to use charcoal as the original image had a lot of black in it and I felt charcoal would be the best medium to represent this quickly. I also love the manipulation of charcoal - that you can remove it with your fingers and move it around the paper. So here is the sketch, he's a crossbreed but I think there is some German Shepherd in there.....
